Simon has been with us from the start and that's 21 years ago! He was our first apprentice and qualified to full City and Guilds Technician level. Simon has also got numerous manufacturer and specialist courses under his belt adding to his lengthy experience in the motor trade. Simon is one of our team of qualified MOT inspectors.

 

Lee Witts

 Lee has been with us since 2003, 11 years which included his apprenticeship which he also served with us.

Gaining Full City and Guilds Technician level Lee has also has attended many additional training courses to keep him up to speed with today's vehicle technology. Lee is one of our team of qualified MOT inspectors.

 

Matt Wilkinson

 Matt joined us in 2007 as a first year apprentice, he completed his Training at Eastleigh College and came out with a full Light Vehicle Technician qualifications.

 

Tyler Kinley

 

Tyler's Company profile

Tyler is the newest member of the workshop technical team but his knowledge of vehicle fault finding and modern vehicle technology is extremely good. He finished his apprenticeship with us recently and has become a valued member of the team.

Barry is one of the two Partner/Directors at South Hants Garage and started it all off 25 years ago with Ian Faulkner back in 1989. Barry holds qualifications in Light vehicle mechanics and electrics and has spent many years problem solving on complex electronic vehicle systems. He has passed this knowledge on to his staff and now uses his time to make sure all the parts of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

 

Ian Faulkner

 

Ian's Company profile

Ian is one of the Partner/Directors of South Hants Garage and started the company in 1989 with Barry Du-Crow. Ian holds qualifications in light vehicle mechanics and served an apprenticeship at Ford dealers Hendy Lennox with Barry Du-Crow who also served there at the same time. Ian takes the customer facing role at South Hants and is the first point of contact for our customers. He has a very friendly style of service and is very popular with our customers who often just pop in for a chat and cup of tea.
